A very welcoming, kind, caring and accommodative staff made it an almost perfect stay. Though we requested a smoking room by mistake the manager was kind enough to move us to a non-smoking one immediately. Housekeeping kept it clean and refreshing with air fresheners. When the toilet was blocked we were promptly moved to a different room. Gas stations, stores and restaurants within walking distance made it easier to get our day to day necessities. Located right next to a freeway and near the downtown, hopping on and off and going anywhere was a breeze. They even had the palm trees trimmed and the swimming pool cleaned everyday. All in all it was a rested, refreshing and relaxing stay.

Breakfast wasn't much but the room itself are good. Room was clean, met expectations. Only downside to the room experience was that the cable box was mounted high on the wall, so when I first tried using the TV, i didnt see the box and the cable didn't seem to work. After about 10 minutes of being in the room I noticed the box and tried the TV again and it was fine.

I was provided a room on the first floor (it's hard to go upstairs with a suitcase and no elevator). The person behind the desk was very polite and considerate. The room was very clean. I did need assistance with the TV, but that came quickly after calling the front desk.

I was in PRESSED with the friendliness of the desk clerk he asked if I was sure i didn't want stay another night I'm sure then he tells me I was one best guest he has encountered in along time
